The Del Posto Cookbook

Deri copyedited The Del Posto Cookbook, by Mark Ladner, showcasing the cuisine of NYC’s celebrated refined Italian restaurant. The New York Times said about the book: “The food bewilders and thrills.” (For Grand Central Books)

 

Zahav

Deri was the copyeditor of Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking, by Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook—the 2016 James Beard Book of the Year, and winner of numerous other culinary awards. (For Rux Martin Books/Houghton)

Red Rooster Cookbook

Deri was the copyeditor for Marcus Samuelsson’s  Red Rooster Cookbook, celebrating the lore and recipes of the Harlem landmark. She also edited Marcus Off Duty, which was nominated for a 2015 James Beard Award. (Both for Rux Martin/Houghton)

The Art of Entertaining: Relais & Chateaux

Deri edited the recipes for the luxury hotel association’s latest compendium of chef-centric parties and celebrations at top North American properties. She has been tapped to work on the next R&C book, The Art of the Garden. (For Rizzoli)

Sicily: The Cookbook

Deri edited the text and recipes for Melissa Muller’s Sicily, a deep dive into the cuisine and foodways of  Italy’s largest island. (For Rizzoli)
